Copyright 2007 by REALBUZZ Studios, Inc. (“REALBUZZ”). REALBUZZ may make certain content or software available to you (“User”) from the Website and/or Press Kit. If User downloads content, files, symbols, wallpaper or other software from the website and/or Press Kit (“Download Content”), the downloaded data, including all files and images contained in or generated by the software, and accompanying data (collectively “Download Content”) are deemed to be licensed to User by the Copyright Holder, for User’s personal, noncommercial, home use only. Accredited journalists, reviewers, press and the like may also use the Download Content for the purpose of reviews, articles and other publicity of the stories, books and content of REALBUZZ as published by Thomas Nelson Publishers. REALBUZZ does not transfer either the title or the intellectual property rights to the Download Content, and REALBUZZ retains full and complete title to the Download Content as well as all intellectual property rights therein. User may not sell, redistribute, or reproduce the Software, nor may User decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise convert the Download Content to a human-perceivable form except as otherwise provided for herein.  REALBUZZ owns all trademarks and logos and User may not copy or use them in any manner other than otherwise allowed herein. REALBUZZ and/or Thomas Nelson Publishing may withdraw the license at any time and without notice at its sole discretion and User must and agrees to discontinue the use of the Download Content immediately and at once.

Use of the attached for any purpose whatsoever in contravention of the above without the written permission of REALBUZZ and Thomas Nelson Publishers is in direct violation of REALBUZZ’ rights and U.S. copyright laws and is expressly prohibited.”    

Use of any such Downloaded content is at the User’s own and sole risk. 
REALBUZZ and Thomas Nelson Publishers accept no responsibility for damages including consequential damages, for and/or due to the use, either legal or otherwise, of any Download Content for any purpose whatsoever.

Downloading of such content is deemed acceptance of all of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

You are welcome to transmit or submit comments or email messages (collectively “Messages”) to the REALBUZZ STUDIOS, INC. blog pages or other locations designated by REALBUZZ STUDIOS, INC. for such use (collectively "Blog Pages"). However, your submission is subject to the terms below and REALBUZZ STUDIOS, INC. accepts no responsibility whatsoever in connection with or arising from such Messages, or any Messages posted by its employees.

REALBUZZ STUDIOS, INC. does not endorse or support and has no control over the content of Messages submitted by others to Blog Pages.
